Aftersales Manager duties include:
- Managing approximately 28 staff through the Yeovil and Street dealerships
- Spending 3 days Yeovil and 2 days in Street branches
- Supervising and monitoring sales activity by studying performance with individuals, increasing sales development opportunities
An ideal candidate would need:
- Previous managerial experience in an aftersales role
- Indepth knowledge of the service and parts departments
- Sound communication skills
