£22250 basic salary with OTE £27,000 (uncapped)
Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction: Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional service and resolving queries related to their vehicles.
Appointment Booking: Efficiently schedule appointments at the closest dealership, ensuring a smooth process for customers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely within a supportive team to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Requirements:
Customer Service Excellence: A proven track record of delivering outstanding service, going above and beyond for customers.
Flexibility: Available to commence work in December, accommodating a Monday to Friday schedule with rotational Saturday shifts.
Communication Skills: Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls, possessing excellent communication abilities.
Passion for the Motor Trade: An interest or experience within the motor trade industry is advantageous.
