The role
You’ll be selling to sophisticated high net worth clients ranging from medical professionals, bankers and even celebrities.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of sales professionals for a leading property investment company based in West Yorkshire. This opportunity requires excellent people skills and communication, a sophisticated sales approach in a high energy environment.
The ideal candidate will develop relationships and manage inbound enquiries with investors (Bankers, GP’s and celebrities) People with a minimum spend of £100k to invest in properties. You’ll be onboarding qualified individuals to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing sales and negotiation strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
Skills
- A proactive mentality is a must.
- Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate are essential.
- Ability to build rapport with others in a short period of time, finding common ground and being able to genuinely connect with people.
- Strong communication skills, ensuring everyone is communicated with thoroughly and efficiently throughout all processes.
- Positive mindset and upbeat attitude, bringing value to both clients and the sales team.
- Experience within sales is essential, however a positive attitude to picking up the phone and communicating with people is key.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries (no cold calling required)
- Understand (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Efficiently respond to warm leads using all means of communication i.e. telephone, email, and other social medium’s
- Understanding investor objectives, and responding appropriately, by calling new investors to understand their criteria and onboard them as a qualified investor
- Email proposals with in-depth information on the investment opportunities
- Face to face meetings within the UK
- Connecting high net worth individuals and selling properties in the UK market
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Close property investment deals to a mix of clients and investors
- Discussing hot / warm sales leads to Manager and Team Leader
- Proactively sell to investors
