Location: Sale, Manchester

Salary: Circa £25k plus 20% commission  

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08.45am – 5.00pm

Friday 08.50am – 1.00pm

Recruitment Consultant – Job Overview:

As a 360 recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Qualification of candidate’s skills to determine suitability for specific positions.
• Interviewing and shortlisting the best candidates
• Conduct client meetings
• Negotiating job offers for candidates
• Negotiate terms of business with clients
• Sourcing and attracting the best talent
• New Business development.

Recruitment Consultant – Person Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team.  We will also consider someone form a strong tele-sales background.

You will also have the following skills, qualifications or experience:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
• Average recruitment fees in excess of £8k per month
• Experienced in new business development
• Strong negotiation skills
• Self motivated and competitive
• Ambitious
