Salary: £23,000, OTE £40,000

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the ideal furniture pieces to meet their needs whist providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable furniture options.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and warranty information.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and effectively close sales.
• Stay informed about current furniture trends, styles, and product offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
