Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive - Superb Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity to join our clients long established and well reputed independent insurance group as a Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive, where you'll focus on servicing an existing book of Commercial and Corporate clients growing a portfolio of new accounts.

Ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience as an account executive in a commercial insurance environment.

Team Support: Work with an established, highly experienced and well regarded leadership team that provides excellent support and structure allowing you to flourish and maximise your growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate motivation to exceed growth targets.

- be comfortable looking after premiums ranging from £10k up to £100k where risks can be complex

- Maintain quality, consistency, and precision in your work

- Provide excellent client service and uphold high customer care standards.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, offering expert advice.

- Demonstrate strong client retention skills.

- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in dealings with clients and insurers.

Experience:

• Min 5 years as an Account Executive within the commercial Insurance sector
• Strong knowledge of the client market and insurance industry network, London Market Lloyds and industry.
• Proven track record of producing business
• Expertise in building portfolios for existing clients.
• Strong background in commercial insurance.
• Excellent communication skills and relationships with markets and insurers.
• Qualified to at least Cert CII or Dip CII
• Understanding of FCA compliance and ability to work with regulatory processes.

Excellent remuneration packages base £50k - £75k (dependant on experience and interview) plus bonus

Office based - St Albans with flexibility to travel to clients
