Sales Coordinator, Shefford

An exciting opportunity for a proactive, confident, and organised individual to join my clients. team at their head office in Shefford.

The successful candidate will possess a ‘can do’ attitude and be comfortable working in a busy environment, whilst maintaining a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities: -

· Processing both phone and web enquiries

· Ensuring pick sheets are up to date by liaising with each team member.

· Carrying out any research/sales support tasks as required by line manager.

· Converting quotes to orders as and when required by sales team.

· Transferring quotes onto the systems from enquiry sheets

· Chasing payment prior to dispatch

· Assisting the marketing team with any sales-related tasks.

· Meeting and greeting customers for collection of orders on site.

· Marketing/account management

· General administration

Candidate Specification: -

• Strong customer service and administration skills/experience
• Ideally experience of a similar role
• The ability to liaise confidently with all levels of personnel.
• PC Literate, ideally experience of using Sage although this is not essential.
• Car owner/driver is required due to location.
