Duties:

• You will work with the team to increase and drive business growth within the company.
• Speaking to candidates about job opportunities and their career aspirations
• Promote services to  existing clients
• Visiting clients to promote the services Mulberry Recruitment offers
• Keeping  CRM system updated with warm & hot leads
• Reviewing all major job boards for leads and resourcing for candidates
• You will uncover potential opportunities from prospective clients and target by way of telephone.
• You will demonstrate a high-level understanding of the services that we can provide
• You will have a positive, driven, ambitious and enthusiastic manner
