We are currently looking to recruit a confident Internal Sales Adviser to work for a successful company based in Kingswinford.
The right candidate would be tenacious, driven, and confident individual with previous B2B sales experience
The role will involve working on existing customer accounts, ensuring that business is maintained and cultivated as well and working with new customers to drive sales forward, working in a geographical area
Ideally, the right candidate would be:
- Comfortable with cold calling and Lead Generation via internet research/social media/press and other applicable channels.
- Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross-sell and upsell.
- Able to work well on their own and as part of an area sales team alongside area Rep.
- Good time management and a good understanding of profit/loss & turnover/margin.
- Good standard of general I.T. & Office Skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and sociable.
In return, the company will be offering:
- Competitive Salary, dependent on experience £24,000 to £29,000
- Generous quarterly uncapped commission
- Company Healthcare & Pension Scheme
- Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
