Sales Office Administrator

We are looking for a confident communicator who is courteous and professional, able to work and contribute within a small team, and possessing an eye for attention to detail. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will become an integral part of our client’s team.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing customer orders onto our Sage.(trianing will be provided)
- Daily invoicing of previous day’s dispatches.
- Liaising with customers regarding their order progression.
- Liaising with Production on customer order lead times.
- General office duties.
- Covering for Dispatch Administrator using carriers/distribution companies’ software, preparing of necessary paperwork.
- Flexibility to cover others on holiday leave or similar.
- Working within a small efficient multi-functional team
On-the-job training given by experienced staff members on procedures and systems.
