As a Recruitment Consultant:
- New Business development & building new relationships
- Booking sales visits
- Account development
- Maintaining client relationships with daily and weekly contact.
- Achieving KPI’s
- Sourcing & Screening candidates
- Interviewing and preparing candidates for roles
- Filling vacancies
- Achieve targets
- Permanent vacancies and some contracting
- Ability to plan and forecast for your Monthly Business Review
- Ability to plan and forecast for your 90 Days Business Plan / Review
