Area to be covered: South West & South Wales (large area from Reading to Oxford and across)

Remuneration: £42,000 - £45,000 + 10% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Building Products will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & building products such as roofing vents, roofline products, fascias, dry verge & ridges, roof drainage systems, roofing accessories
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to roofing merchants, independent merchants, national merchants & national buying groups such as: Rinus, Travis Perkins, SIG and Burtons
• Remaining portion will be spent dealing with roofing contractors, main contractors and developers
• Turnover circa £1.2m on the area
• Majority of your time will be spent managing and developing dormant accounts
• Will be required to set pricing structures, rebates and discount levels

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Roofing & Building Products with:

• Must have worked for or sold to builders merchants
• Must have roofing or associated product knowledge
• Genuine ‘get up and go’, hungry and desire to earn  
• Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
