Evolve are recruiting for an innovative medical equipment manufacturer who specialise in the design, manufacture and servicing of isolated power supply systems. They’re seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to join their team. As part of this role, you will be accountable for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and be customer focused. It also requires you to support the company’s response services through repair, breakdown and maintenance of their medical equipment.

Ideal Requirement for the Service Sales Manager

  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own and part of a team and across departments.
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude & work autonomously taking initiative to our support customers.
  • Strong face to face customer service & telephone support experience.

Role Responsibilities for the Service Sales Manager

  • Developing strategies, business plan for increasing opportunities, building new & existing accounts & increasing market share.
  • Find new sales leads though direct contact (telephone or other means) with the potential customers and other project stakeholders.
  • Seek to maximise the number and range of products supplied on each project, engaging capital sales wherever possible.
  • Responsible for generating new contract sales, ensuring they are checked, approved prior to sending.
