We are Reca UK Ltd, part of the European Reca Group, with annual turnover in excess of €950m and a subsidiary of a global group, with Sales in excess of €20b.

We provide consumable products to the Metalwork, Engineering, Construction, Building and associated sectors. Providing products from Screws to Chemicals, Drill bits to Diamond Blades, plus over 5000 more products.

With 9500 active customers and counting, we look to continue our growth by appointing the right professionals to assist in taking us to the next level.

We’re currently on the lookout to recruit a top Salesperson or Sales Manager seeking a direct leadership career path offered in this role, supporting our Regional Sales Manager in the North.  The individual must have relevant Product and Market Sector experience. The aim will be to build a small sales team around this individual within the next 12 months, with the expectation of continuous year-on-year growth. Whilst we are active within Northern Ireland, with many satisfied and well serviced customers, we see a huge expansion opportunity in this country.

What you should bring to this partnership:

A professional & positive attitude, Self-organised and with intrinsic motivation.

- Personality - outgoing, someone who likes meeting new people and engaging with customers on a regular basis.  A desire to succeed and self-develop, whilst aiming to provide the best customer service at all times

- Previous external sales experience, demonstrating good communications skills, whilst having the ability to address customer concerns and comfortably resolve any conflicts that may arise

- Delivering sales pitches to prospective clients

- Proven experience of sales negotiation and opening new business, with existing and new customers

- Following up customers to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products or services

- Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing customer reactions

- Confident to raise any customer business or team concerns or needs to the relevant Reca Management

In return you will receive a Salary (base + commission + annual bonuses) commensurate with experience, ranging from OTE £32k to £45k p.a, which includes a Company vehicle, Staff discounts, Pension Scheme and regular incentives.
