Position: Telesales Team Leader 
Location: Abingdon (OX14) 
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary (£50k achievable OTE) 
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday (with flexibility to work the occasional weekend c. 4 times per year)

The Opportunity: 

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a technical business with large vibrant offices in Abingdon who, as the result of expansion, are looking to recruit a driven and passionate people-focused Telesales Team Leader into their well-established sales team. 

As Telesales Team Leader, it will be your responsibility to work collaboratively with the Telesales Manager and take ownership of coaching and training the existing telesales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Day-to-day, the role will involve holding 1-1 coaching sessions with staff to encourage best practice and develop sales techniques, monitoring KPIs and team performance, reporting to senior management and creating and updating training guides and materials.

Whilst this role sits within the sales team, the successful candidate should be motivated by developing their people and managing their own team.
