Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm

The Role: Logistics Administrator - Warehouse

We have an exciting opportunity for a administrator to join our team based at our Havant headquarters, to assist the Warehouse Manager with general admin duties.

To provide support and assist the Warehouse Manager with general administrative duties within the warehouse, liaising with internal departments and external suppliers whilst delivering an outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Logistics Administrator - Warehouse

  • Liaise with Couriers, arrange collections, chase deliveries, provide ETAs where required
  • Update product codes with required information
  • Monitor warehouse emails and respond where required
  • Data input of stock to location, transfer and complete stock movements
  • Complete internal transfer of stock (paperwork only)
  • Answer general requests and enquiries from in house departments
  • Book in deliveries and support within Goods In
  • Liaise with Purchasing department and all internal departments where required
  • Maintain Trello system updating information on a daily basis
  • Generate commercial invoices and book export shipments
  • Order packaging, pallets or general warehouse equipment

  • Good IT skills including excel and outlook
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Experience within a stock control system such as Sage200 / SAP
