NEW BUSINESS INSURANCE ACCOUNT HANDLER - POOLE - BASIC SALARY + BONUS SCHEME

Due to continued growth and success an opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Account Handler based in Poole

About you:

You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as it’s important that we really get to know our clients and understand their requirements.

You have awesome problem-solving skills – all of our clients are totally unique, so we need to come up with tailor made solutions as we don’t have a "one size fits all" approach

We are actively looking for a New Business Account Handler to join our growing Team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful arm of the business and develop your experience and career within High-net-worth and Non-Standard Insurance. You will be responsible driving new clients and working closely with introducers and Directors to achieve objectives.

About you:

  • You will have experience developing and building relationships within the Insurance sector.
  • You must have a passion for excellent customer service and winning new clients.
  • You will have experience in negotiating terms and premiums with insurers
  • You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will allow you to identify and explore opportunities to drive the best possible outcome
  • You are willing to learn, as every day will be different
  • You are consultative, have the ability to question effectively and will be an active listener, you will take the time to fully understand client requirements and be able to advise on products and solutions – thinking about client needs and referring identified opportunities

Hours: 09:00 – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday

Sat: 09:00 – 12:30 pm (once per month with half a day off in lieu)
