Streamline Services presents an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding furniture company based in Basildon. Specializing in bespoke solutions for the healthcare and hospitality sectors, they offer a wide range of furniture such as bed frames, dining tables and chairs, wardrobes, sofas, and more.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our internal sales teams, with your primary focus on nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking avenues for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts of medium to large clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Prioritize client retention and expansion by building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities, working closely with the quoting team to capitalize on organic inquiries.
• Foster repeat business by effectively engaging clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to maximize sales potential.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system for assigned clients, efficiently managing schedules and contact strategies.
• Provide timely assistance for client inquiries, addressing queries promptly and effectively.
• Support clients by sharing comprehensive product knowledge gained through training.
