Account Manager (Full Time, office-based)

We specialise in trading education, and delivering world-known trading instruments, providing each client with a tailored service that suits their needs. Our trading platforms are both technologically advanced, and user-friendly. We offer over 300 different trading instruments covering, currencies, digital currency pairs, stocks, indices, commodities, US treasuries, and ETFs. 

Account Manager Salary & Progression breakdown: 

  • Salary £24,000, after 3 months' probation - £26,000. 

  • One year into the role is subject to 5% increase in salary based of performance and overall conduct which is discretionary. 

  • Bonuses on top of your base salary, and uncapped commission; OTE £30,000+. 

  • Our top performers make much more, but almost all get promoted to Management, Team Leader, or Senior Account Manager roles, six months to a year of being an Account Manager with us. 

Experience is not compulsory, as 7 days' intensive training will be provided, and training is fully paid. 

A successful Account Manager will be responsible for:  

  • Our sales team makes outbound calls to clients who sign up to our platform, with a view to introducing our products/services. We offer full training to our ideal candidates. 

  • Provision of account management services for an allocated portfolio of clients. To aid in the overall service provision to clients ensuring that the business is developed and maintained. 

  • To plan and carry out account management and sales activities, to maintain and grow existing customers, in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines. 

  • Explain our products and services to customers and tailor to their needs and requirements. 

  • Ensuring compliance with the regulations of the company, as Fortrade UK is regulated by the FCA. 

  • Resolving and/or escalating customer account issues in a timely fashion to the appropriate department, and monitoring it to a timely resolution that meets the customer's expectation and satisfaction 

  • Create solid pipelines, and ensure your diary is used to its full potential to maximise opportunities. 

  • Achieving sales targets associated with existing customer accounts 
     

Account Manager's must have: 

  • Minimum level of education: GCSE's 

  • Great oral and written communication skills  

  • Desire to work in a sales and client-orientated organization 

  • Sales personality  

  • Self-motivated and the desire to learn new skills  

  • Looking to progress within the company 
     

Desired but not essential: 

  • An active interest to learn/trade stocks, Forex, CFD's, Crypto's  

  • Sales experience  

  • Bilingual
