Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Slough, UK

Salary: £25,000 per annum + 5% commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join my clients rapidly expanding business in Slough. With a focus on both B2B and B2C sales, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a sales role, particularly in selling products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth for our product lines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and consumer clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting efforts.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling products. (ideally trade)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve sales objectives.
• Must hold valid driver's license and own car - able to travel up to 50 miles
