Earnings (because they are important)
Year 1 £30k plus
Year 2. You should be pushing £40k.
After that is is up to you. if you stay in this industry 3-5 years, you should be earning £50k-£75k. It is pretty common for the career recruiters to consistently earn over £100k.

The role
- Learn how to develop candidate and client relationships.
- Become a specialist in your chosen field.
- Learn to sell in a consultative way.
- Learn how to manage the process so the client and candidate are happy and end up with what they want.
