We require an Assistant Manager for a leading self-storage company. You will work with the Store Manager to assist in the day to day running and growth of the store and will be based in the reception area helping customers to rent storage units and more.

Assistant Manager Duties such as:

• Promote the conversion of prospects into customers
• Document interest and follow up in a timely manner
• Sell services, merchandise and extras where suitable
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Provide excellent customer service to maximise sales
• Regular checks throughout the whole store
• Help keep the store clean and tidy
• Ensure health and safety standards are met
• Help supervise, train staff and cover the manager if unavailable
• Ensure compliance of company financial procedures
• To identify areas for improvement and make appropriate suggestions

Hours:

• Full time, 40 hours a week
• 5 days a week
• Monday to Saturday availability required (5 days within opening hours of Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday: 10am to 4pm)

The Assistant Manager role will suit someone with:
