£35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus bonus

Permanent Office based role with occasional travel to the midlands office

Commutable from Harrogate, Ripon, Skipton, Thirsk, Northallerton, Yarm and York, North Yorkshire, 

Permanent office-based role working full time Monday to Friday.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a well-established company based near Ripon who are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to manager and support a small team of 3 people.

The Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Team Lead to join a vibrant in-house team, based near Ripon, North Yorkshire

As Telesales Team Leader you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for driving sales to the next level and running our small team. 

Working with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure Telesales activities support the wider company strategy

Duties

• Lead and manage a team of talented Telesales account managers.
• Drive performance across the team to help achieve business wide objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor and analyse team performance, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Skills/Knowledge

• Proven experience in a Telesales leadership role.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
