Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40-hour working week

The role…

As the Sales Operations Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

• Oversee and support the sales functions.
• Delegate and motivate the Technical and Aftersales team. 
• Monitor performance targets and ensure the team always delivers on target.
• Improve systems, response times and effective budget and cost management.
• Stock forecasts and planning.
• Maintain workflow, SLAs, tracking of metrics and departmental reporting.
• Data analysis.

The experience required…

As a successful Sales Operations Manager you will have the following:

• Previous Operations/Technical Support Managerial experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading and supporting a small team.
• Commercially aware of the agricultural/plant industry. 
• Data analysis and report creation experience. 
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365 and CRMs.
