£27,000 - £28,500/annum Quarterley bonus scheme

On behalf of our Reading based client M4 Recruitment are looking for reliable and experienced Sales Executive

Rates of pay £27,000- £28,500k per annum 

You will be working 37.5hrs. a week Monday to Friday, 09:00am-17:00pm

In the role you will be expected to successfully fulfil the below:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing solutions that add value.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for further discussions.
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, providing correct product information and addressing customer concerns/queries.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities by managing leads effectively and following up on previous interactions made.
  • Identify and work on new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to help effectively position  products/services in the market.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, this is inclusive of pipeline activity, revenue and forecasts.
  • Use CRM software to maintain accurate records.
  • To configure pallets of product and organise all relevant documentation. (Internally as well as customer delivery notes).
  • Arranging delivery of orders as per agreed delivery dates and monitoring to ensure delivery.  Notifying the customer of any issues.

To be a successful applicant for this position Sales Executive you will be required to have the following skills / experiences.

  • Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, prospecting and closing.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational/time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, customer needs, sales strategies etc..
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software.
