Sales Negotiator & Property Valuer
Location: Rugby
Salary from £25000 plus un-capped commission
Responsibilities
- Arranging and conducting property market appraisals & valuations
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Dealing with general enquiries on the telephone and face to face
- Generating future opportunities
- Arranging & accompanying property viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Liaising with Sellers & Buyers
- Providing a first-class service to clients
- Contributing to the growth and success of the agency
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission
Skills required
- Previous Estate Agency experience or sales experience
- Ability to work under own initiative and highly driven environments
- Sound local knowledge is an advantage
- Thrives in a team environment
- Comfortable using social media and IT literate
- Hardworking/reliable
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time-management
- Must be of smart appearance
