Bennett & Game Recruitment are a dynamic recruitment company based in central Chichester. We are looking for a driven and ambitious candidate to join the business as a Delivery Consultant.

A Delivery Consultant's primary responsibility is engaging with potential candidates through application management, networking, and searching job boards. They ensure a positive candidate experience and oversee the entire journey across multiple clients and roles to enhance successful placements. You will work within a specialist recruitment team and work closely alongside recruitment consultants to provide relevant CV's to the team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to provide a consistent high-level of service to ensure targets and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities include:

Candidate Acquisition: Initiating contact with potential candidates through various channels, including job applications, job boards, and networking sites like LinkedIn. Setting up market watchdogs to stay updated on candidate details and presenting them for relevant opportunities.

Screening and Qualification: Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' skills and experiences against qualification criteria.

Client/Job Details Communication: Clearly communicating job information and client expectations to candidates to ensure understanding and interest.

Interview Preparation: Assisting candidates in preparing for interviews by providing insights into client expectations and interview formats.

Feedback and Communication: Acting as a liaison between candidates and stakeholders, providing feedback and addressing concerns throughout the process.

Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborating with candidates during negotiation, discussing salary, benefits, and other terms.

Continuous Relationship Building: Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

Package:

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Early Finish Incentive (Working hours Mon-Thurs (830-1730), Fri (0830 - 1300)
