SALES NEGOTIATOR - RESIDENTIAL
The Role - Overview:
The driving force for sales in the office you will need to operate at a high pace and have good knowledge of your buyers and the branch property stock, putting the two together to achieve your personal KPI’s and in turn play your part in the branch achieving target.

Provide top quality customer service both in the office and out in the field to our clients.

Have a good knowledge of your applicants and our property stock.

Generating quality leads for valuations, viewings, mortgage appointments
-
Proactively make outbound calls to effectively match clients to properties.

Overcoming objections and closing business.
-
Competent in negotiating offers, securing sales and driving the swift progress of a sale to completion.

Manage a diary to enable a good experience for all customers and to allow travel time to each appointment.

Carry out your own and others viewing appointments focused on achieving an offer on the property and provide high quality feedback to the vendor. Assist in team duties such as canvassing and touting.

Effectively refer to our partners on Financial Services and Conveyancing

Answer incoming call traffic when office based with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Be competent and maintain high standards in photos and floorplans

By hands, leaflet dropping, correcting our board profile whilst out and about, all other general

works.

Touting business by prospecting and door knocking

Maintain high standards of professionalism, personal presentation, and communication always

Maintain the public perception of the company through boards, photos, and office presentation

Adhere to the company’s expectations on compliance and service levels.

Work closely with the lettings department to grow landlords which in the longer term will become vendors.
Salary: OTE £35,980

About You

Relevant experience within property sales or lettings.

An attitude and the desire to be a market leading agent.

Full UK driving licence (automatic or manual) and business insurance for your vehicle.
