Salary/Rate:
£23,000/annum + bonus

Customer Service/Sales Exec - Permanent - £23,000 per annum + Bonus Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

Responsibilities:

Respond to initial inquiries by phone and email, providing key information and answering frequently asked questions.
Own the customer journey from the initial enquiry stage to booking consultations and treatments.
Document all customer interactions on appropriate systems.
Take part in outbound call campaigns to follow up with patients who have not yet booked a consultation or treatment.
Resolve simple complaints or escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
Continuously develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the organisation's services.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators and quality assurance metrics.
Participate in regular training and coaching sessions.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer service goals.
Provide feedback on areas of improvement to enhance productivity and offer an improved service.

Multiple Channel Customer Service Agent:

Manage several Live Chat conversations simultaneously, maintaining clear and friendly communication.
Interact with potential and existing patients on various social media channels.

Requirements:

Comfortable building relationships using verbal and non-verbal communication channels.
Experience within a busy call/contact centre environment.
Experience in using Live Chat and multitasking across different communication channels.
Ability to prioritise effectively based on customer needs.
Commercially aware with a passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
Confidence and ability to work within targets and guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly motivated and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant systems/databases.
Able to establish rapport with customers/patients virtually or by phone.
Empathetic, caring, and positive attitude.
Adaptability to comfortably interact with a wide range of people.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with colleagues and patients.
Consistently professional, personable, confident, and articulate.
