Car sales Executive - Salisbury on target earnings up to £53,000

Job Description:

My client a seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling vehicles to prospective customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features effectively.
Sales:

Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals.
Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer needs.
Upsell additional products and services, such as warranties and accessories.
Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on the features, specifications, and benefits of all vehicles in the inventory.
Educate customers on vehicle options, technology, and performance.
Administrative Tasks:

Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently for each sale.
Maintain customer databases and follow up with potential leads.
Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Proven track record in automotive sales, with at least 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
Valid driver's license

Salary:

£18,000 basic on target earnings (OTE) £53,000
42.5 hours per week
