Area to be covered: South

Remuneration: £45,000 + 8% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Natural Stone Mortars will involve:

• Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of high quality mortar paving systems such as: joining, priming, bedding, pointing and adhesives
• 50% of your time will be spent selling to contractors
• 40% selling to builders merchants and the remaining 10% getting specified via architects & engineers
• Inheriting an area turning over £3m
• 250+ existing accounts to manage
• Will be expected to generate new business however majority of your time will be spent managing existing relationships

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager – Natural Stone Mortars experience with:

• Must have sold to a mixed route to market via contractors, specifiers and merchants
• Ideally from a related product background however open to all building products / materials
• Must be able to present – ideally CPD experience
• IT Literate
