We are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join my clients Sales Department in Burton on Trent.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team, providing top-notch service to our clients while earning a competitive salary with attractive commission packages.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (OTE £30,000+ with commission)

Hours: 5 Days per Week

Week 1 Monday- Friday 8.30am till 5.30pm

Week 2 Monday – Saturday (reduced Hour day) With a day off in the week.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular contact with your client base of vendors, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
• Arrange viewings and show properties to prospective buyers.
• Handle incoming enquiries and input information into our database efficiently.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of vendors with potential purchasers.
• Liaise with solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements:

• Confidence in meeting and greeting clients.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Full driving licence.
• Previous experience in customer service is required, with some exposure to the Estate Agency Industry preferred.
• In-house training will be provided to support other aspects of the role.
