With no two days ever being the same, our client is a looking for an experienced full-time roving New homes sales advisor, in the area of Chesterfield. The working pattern will mainly be Thursday through to Monday however, this may vairy from time to time depending on the needs of rotas.. As this is a roving role you have the opportunity to work on several sites covering holiday and sickness. 

It is essential the right person has experience within the new homes industry as well as being self-motivated, organised, target driven and IT literate. You will be expected to use CRM’s, have an excellent telephone manor and have a passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service.

In return will be rewarded with excellent earning opportunities and a brilliant sales and management team.

Typical duties working on site include:

* Meet and greet customers,
* Booking in and fulfilling appointments,
* Telephone calls, Lead chasing
* Plot progression/contract updates with customer, site and the sales management team.
* Keeping the sales arena clean, tidy and up to date with POS/brochures and current pricing.

Skills

* Experience within new homes sales is essential
* Sales driven and putting the customer first
* Full UK Driving license 
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
* Self-motivated (lone working)
