BMS Sales Account Manager - £50K - £60K
VIGO have partnered with a leading BMS company to onboard an experienced BMS Sales Account Manager. Our client is looking to bolster the already established client base it has built up with a proactive Sales Account Manager to help grow existing business revenue streams. This role is all existing business, there is no real need for new business as there is more than enough to go at. Realistic first year figures would be circa £1million with average sales ranging from £2K up to £250K plus some even over £1million. This is a fantastic opportunity for some one who has worked within a sales capacity within the BMS space, or an experienced Engineer looking to step into a more strategic relationship based role.

The company are renowned for their quality of work and level of professionalism, and have some of the most impressive buildings in London on their portfolio. This means you will often find yourself working on numerous cutting-edge projects that are at the forefront of the BMS industry.

Your Mission
  • Build Relationships with the existing client base
  • Be able to quote BMS Upgrades from existing portfolios
  • Presentation to client’s upgrades, optimisations and all quoted works
  • Further assist Sales team with any technical questions
  • Creating trackers for clients
  • Managing Clients’ portfolios (risk/meetings)
  • Client retention (vital)
  • Identify energy opportunities / future ops / innovations
  • Energy related enhancements – review with clients
  • Put together Quotes for improvements and new projects
The Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience in the building controls sector as an engineer or sales Engineer / Account Manager
  • Proven Experience Quoting for BMS upgrades,
  • An excellent communicator, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non -technical stakeholders.
  • A team player, but can work independently with ease.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
