SALARY & BENEFITS

• £28,000
• Monday-Sunday (5 days a week, one weekend day every other week)
• Shifts: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm
• Braintree, Great Notley
• Permanent, Full-Time

THE JOB

• Taking calls from customers with any technical issues with their product
• Raising warranty claims
• Ensuring administration spreadsheets are up to date
• Acting as the initial point of contact for engineers and warranty enquiries
