Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Support Manager to work closely with the Divisional Manager on all aspects of the sales operation.

The role is technically a Technical Support position, but it mainly involves managing the Sales Support functions and staff to ensure excellent customer service at all times. As the Sales Support Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the Sales Support functions and staff.

You will ensure all team members understand and deliver on targets, evaluate operational procedures to ensure continuous development and efficient operations within the department, and work effectively with Regional Sales Managers to ensure smooth processes for the client's customers.

You will also manage logistics providers to ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods from factories/customers/depots, monitor performance targets, improve systems and response times, and effectively manage the department's budget and costs. You will also liaise with After Sales Departments and Workshops to maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll facilitate the purchase of the company's third-party items to fit machines and ensure monthly targets for new machine invoices and delivery are met. You will contribute to the commercial strategy for the overall sales department and provide reports and updates to the Divisional Manager as requested.

To apply for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry, ideally, engineering or construction.

You should be proficient in data analysis and report creation, with outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to effectively use them in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and effective time management are also essential.

You should also be proficient in using MS Office and CRMs. This Sales Support Manager role is a full-time, permanent position, office-based, and the working hours are from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
