Responsibilities:

• Work closely with local marketing and business development teams to identify target markets, considering environmental and legislative requirements
• Build relationships with decision makers and influencers, and introduce the business as a market leader
• Identify new business prospects, and embed the business' sustainability philosophy
• Qualify and convert network leads via the CRM, facilitate engagement with stakeholders, collaborate on product solutions, and leverage network relationships for purchase commitments
• Show precise understanding of CRM pipeline conversion timing and probability, ensuring pipeline meets sales targets and improves conversion ratio
• Utilise your network to enhance market knowledge and analyse pipeline conversion obstacles, maintaining prospect feedback for relationship improvement

Skills / Experience:

• Senior business development management experience
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Be able to analyse target markets
• An understanding of environmental and legislative requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to bring in new business and nurture relationships
• Knowledge of CRM systems
