Are you a passionate and hard-working salesperson looking for the next step? I am currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join an exciting team and in one of the most exciting industries in the world.

As a Sales Consultant in the business you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to individuals. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, assisting customers in selecting the appropriate sales options, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
2. Provide detailed information about our storage units, pricing, and promotional offers.
3. Listen attentively to customers' storage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
4. Conduct facility tours to showcase available storage units and amenities.
5. Assist customers with the rental process, including completing paperwork and processing payments.
6. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
7. Maintain a clean and organized sales office and storage facility.
8. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Previous sales or customer service experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
6. Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
7. Knowledge of Bow, London, and surrounding areas is a plus.
8. A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
