The Opportunity
You’ll play an important role for initiating outbound calls to businesses introducing the products and obtaining quotations for retail branches focusing specifically on Insurance.
The Role
- Liaise with local business close to the branch in regards to identifying their need/use of insurance
- Prospect clients via inbound and outbound calls - the majority of this is following up on leads generated by the branch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture sales opportunities
- Accurately record the customers personal information on the database
- Pass any qualified sales leads to an account executive

We are looking for a driven and flexible individual with sales and call centre experience. A strong sense of delivering exceptional customer service to customers is a must.
Furthermore, we are looking for the following:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills both externally and internally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
