Job Title: Telesales

Job Type:Full Time, Permant

Salary: £25k + Commision 

Experince: 1 year 

Hours: 9am till 5pm / Monday - Friday

You will be making outbound calls from a warm database no cold calling is involed. You will be booking appointments for the field sales team.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and promote company products/services.
• Understand customer needs and preferences through effective needs assessments.
• Present product/service offerings persuasively to create interest and drive sales conversions.
• Handle customer objections and concerns professionally to facilitate sales closure.
• Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Resilient with the ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
