Blair West are supporting an Agri-tech scale-up in their search for a Partnership Manager. The business have raised significant investment and this role will be key to their growth.  

The business specialises in combining digital acoustic technology with environmental sensors to aid in pollination monitoring, which will transform the world of agricultural biotechnology.  

The opportunity:

  • Cultivate new & existing partnerships. 
  • Manage existing and new key partnerships in the business.  
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective customers. 
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.  
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 

You’ll be the ideal candidate for this role if you have:

  • Experience in the Agri-Tech industry. 
  • B2B enterprise sales experience would be an advantage.  
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, partnerships manager or a relevant role. 
  • Proven sales track record, building own pipeline.  
  • Market knowledge.  
  • Communication and negotiation skills. 
  • The ability to build rapport with key customers and stakeholders.
