Job Title; Customer Service Advisor

Salary; Circa £25,000 per annum plus bonus

Shift Pattern; 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday

Location; Thurmaston, Leicester

Customer Service Advisor Role;

  • Main duty is to improve and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Managing internal inboxes such as a dedicated enquiries inbox as well as own individual.
  • Potentially responsible for the order processing & checking for biggest customer, up to 60 orders per day through semi-automated process.
  • Liaising with despatch & purchasing teams to obtain information.
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with or directing to relevant person.
  • Accurate order processing and checking.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow and have the ability to prioritise workload throughout the day.

Customer Service Advisor Candidate;

  • Attention to detail is crucial, having an eye for detail is a necessity, especially when order processing and giving costs/order details.
  • Previous experience in a similar role essential, dealing B2B rather than B2C is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate courteously with customers by email and telephone.
  • Ability to maintain a calm approach when dealing with customers, directly and indirectly through team members.
  • Have the ability to retain product and customer information to offer a quick and responsive service.
  • Computer skills such as Word, Excel, Outlook essential and ability to pick up new internal systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to pick up new computer systems if not already experienced – Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Fast thinking, able to use own initiative to resolve issue or provide solution.
