Search, one of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK with over 30 years of experience, is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Construction team in Edinburgh.

By joining our Construction team, you'll be a part of a successful team specialising in Trades & Labour recruitment. You'll be looking to fill all types of roles from labourers, painters & decorators to joiners and working with some of the largest reputable construction companies in the UK.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, if you're a go-getter, resilient and keen to develop your career further, recruitment is for you.

We are looking for -
* Previous experience within a sales or business development role would be an advantage.
* The ability to influence and persuade individuals

What will your role involve?
* Contacting new and existing clients to generate new job opportunities.
* Negotiating fees & rates with clients to maximise your commercial output.
* Working with clients to review job profiles, and identify their needs and requirements.
* Attending client meetings to build relationships and service reviews.
* Identifying suitable candidates for live vacancies & filling shifts.
* Building a pipeline of suitable candidates to react quickly to your client's needs.
* Maintaining regular contact with your candidates & clients to build excellent relationships.
* Writing engaging job adverts to encourage the most suitable candidates.
* Using job boards to search and build your candidate pipelines.
