As a Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

The Role
As an experienced Sales Leader you will help lead, manage and drive the commercial performance of the business; key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the highways infrastructure sector
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and engineering firms, to secure new project opportunities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive individual and collective success
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

The Person
With a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the infrastructure or construction industry, with a focus on highways projects, you will ideally have a strong understanding of the market dynamics, including funding mechanisms, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements. As a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to fruition you will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence key stakeholders.
