Digital Account Manager - Basingstoke – Hybrid - Perm – c£30K-£40K

We are currently on the lookout for a savvy and experienced Digital Account Manager to join a growing full-service agency.

If you have experience working in a digital or marketing agency or within the technology sector, then you could be the perfect fit.

As a Digital Account Manager, your responsibilities will include taking charge of multiple client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, creating strategic plans and managing budgets and timelines effectively.

You'll also be tasked with developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and PPC.

You'll need to work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Analysing campaign performance and providing regular reports to clients is also an essential part of the role. You'll attend client meetings to present campaign results and discuss future plans.

To excel in this position, you'll need to have a degree in Marketing or related field along with previous experience working as an Digital Account Manager within a digital marketing or advertising agency. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously is also critical.

Additionally, experience creating digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, and PPC is required. You should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights is also necessary.

Knowledge of Google Analytics is essential
