Sales Advisor £25k basic OTE £50k (uncapped) however Top performers are earning circa £60k

This role is 100% Warm Sales! No cold calling! 

Based in Macclesfield, Cheshire

Working hours 9am – 6pm With occasional weekend work on a rota

The role of a Sales Advisor

Working from the Head office in Macclesfield, you will be part of thriving sales department, conducting end to end sales over the phone to completely warm customers who have all expressed interest and are either calling you or have requested a call back.

As a Sales Advisor you will be all about providing the highest level of service, building rapport, understanding the customers needs and selling the most appropriate solution from a range of options available to you.

What we are looking for in our next Sales Advisor!

• Previous sales advisor experience is essential however we will consider a variety of backgrounds eg Retail, Hospitality, Call/Contact Centre, Car Sales, Door to Door etc if you have worked to targets/kpis and have a passion for sales then we want to hear from you!
• Excellent communication: a lot of what we do in sales is customer service, we convert sales through the delivery of great service, so we need people that love to delight customers and enjoy speaking to people!
• Positive attitude: seems obvious be we want people that are positive, resilient and driven who want to be rewarded for their hard work!
