Salary: £24,000+ £12,000 underpin for the first year, plus commission!

Location: Dorking - Free Parking (Must be a driver)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

An exciting opportunity to join a global leading business that is on a mission to revolutionise the way people think about health and wellness! Due to growth, the organisation is currently seeking hungry and passionate individuals in Dorking.

As part of the vibrant team, you'll be at the forefront of creating impactful and prosperous business relationships. With your background in sales, you'll excel in building and nurturing relationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) across a defined territory. Your main goal will be to promote and present a comprehensive range of insurance products!

Key Duties:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to promote Vitality products.
  • Collaborate with IFAs to develop business strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide servicing support.
  • Conduct periodic progress updates on sales performance and relationship management.
  • Stay informed about market developments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate internal resources effectively.
  • Manage expenses and adhere to company guidelines.
