Do you want your Saturday mornings back? The company only work Monday to Friday and don't work on bank holidays.

The company is looking for a sales/parts advisor to help support customer enquiries when they call. You will know your way around  EPC's / TecDoc etc.

You will also be comfortable contacting their wide array of suppliers if you are unsure what the part number is that you are looking for.

You will be taking phone calls, answering emails and ensuring the warranty team have updated the CRM to release credits etc.

You will be fully trained on their specialist range of products, but it would be helpful if you have basic truck and trailer parts knowledge.  

You will ideally be from a factor or wholesaler background.

The company will offer you a competitive salary of £25K - £28K dependent on experience, Mon - Thurs 8.30am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 4pm. You will also be given the days off between Christmas and New Year in addition to the 28 days holidays (inc bank holidays).

It goes without saying that you will be a confident communicator, customer-focused and like a challenge.
