Are you a motivated individual who has the ability to drive a team of staff within both the warehouse and the sales department? I am recruiting for my client who has an established trusted name within the exhibition and events industry, to have a workshop manager join them on a permanent basis.
What’s on offer?
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- 3% pension
- Monday-Friday
- Flexibility on working hours as long as 40-45 hours are worked each week.
The responsibilities of the Workshop Manager:
- Maintain awareness and ensure full compliance with Health and Safety is adhered to
- Checking quality control
- Scheduling and monitoring timelines
- Managing staff within the sales department as well as on the shop floor
- Ensuring all work is carried out in a timely manner and
The successful Workshop Manager must:
- Have a strong knowledge of HR and Health and Safety
- Have joinery experience
- Be compliance efficient
- Have previously worked within the exhibition or events industry
