Chase & Holland are excited to be with an innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join their friendly sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with key accounts whilst protecting and increasing revenue.

This is a great opportunity and will suit someone who has excellent experience in a similar role along with a positive, proactive approach.

Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:
  • Ensure financial targets are achieved by protecting and developing Key Accounts
  • Take commercial responsibility and establish optimal cost models to maximise Key Account revenue and profitability
  • Attend client meetings including regular structured formal reviews; minuting and sharing information with colleagues in the Sales team
  • Where necessary, establish and define working processes for customer services, to best service key accounts and drive service excellence
  • Provide monthly KPI reports showing actual against budget across internal key measurables
  • Provide KPI reports to relevant key account contacts showing actual against target on defined client measurables
  • When appropriate, take new product briefings from customers and be responsible for managing or overseeing project work
  • Developing new ways to enhance the business with your customers and provide solutions to management
  • Be the main point of escalation for Key Account issues or any unresolved issues
  • Delivering presentations, online demonstrations and training to internal and external stakeholders when requires
